Wizards Plus 2009-11-14

Wizards Plus 2009-11-14TODAY'S GAME

When: 7 p.m.

Where: Verizon Center

TV/radio: CSN, FM-106.7

Probable starters: Pistons - F Charlie Villanueva, F Jonas Jerebko, C Ben Wallace, G Ben Gordon, G Rodney Stuckey. Wizards - F Fabricio Oberto, F Caron Butler, C Brendan Haywood, G DeShawn Stevenson, G Gilbert Arenas.

Injuries: Pistons - Out: F Tayshaun Prince (back), G Richard Hamilton (ankle). Wizards - Questionable: F Antawn Jamison (shoulder, illness), G Mike Miller (shoulder), G Randy Foye (ankle). Out: G Mike James (broken finger), G Javaris Crittenton (foot).

Outlook: Flip Saunders faces the Pistons for the first time since he was fired in 2008 after Detroit lost in the Eastern Conference finals for the third straight season. But it's a rather different Pistons team now after the departure of Rasheed Wallace and injuries to Prince and Hamilton. Saunders said his only concern is snapping Washington's five-game losing streak. "I'm more concerned about what we're going to do than what they're going to do," he said. "I worried about them two years ago and don't have to worry about them anymore." The Wizards could get Jamison, Miller and Foye back; if they don't, Saunders said, the key is remaining focused on executing consistently.
