Indiana Pacers Roster Report 2008-12-29
ROTATION: Starters -- Point guard T.J Ford, Shooting guard Marquis Daniels, Small forward Danny Granger, Power forward Troy Murphy, Center Roy Hibbert. Bench -- Guard Jarrett Jack, Guard Travis Diener, Forward Jeff Foster, Center Rasho Nesterovic.

--Hornets coach Byron Scott said F Danny Granger is "going to be a superstar" in this league after he scored 34 points on 12-of-23 shooting. Granger is fifth in the league in scoring at 24.9 points.

--C Roy Hibbert is doing his best to cement his spot in the starting lineup. The rookie out of Georgetown scored a career-high 19 points to go with six rebounds. His five offensive rebounds are also a career high.

--F Troy Murphy had 16 points and 16 rebounds to give him 13 double-doubles this season. He's had at least 10 rebounds in six straight games.

--G Marquis Daniels' string of consecutive games with at least 20 points came to an end at three when he finished with seven points in 33 minutes.

--G Mike Dunleavy (knee) is sidelined indefinitely because of tendinitis in his right knee. Dunleavy, the Pacers' second leading scorer last season, played just 12 minutes in the preseason and has only taken part in one practice since training camp started in late September.

--Back spasms caused G T.J. Ford to miss his third game of the season. Ford injured his back in the first half of the Dec. 23 game against New Jersey.
