Indiana Pacers Notes, Quotes 2009-12-13,

--The Pacers were on the positive side of three video replays in the final minute of the game. The officials ruled that the Wizards had a shot-clock violation, there was a play that gave them 0.5 seconds left on the clock and a foul called with 0.1 seconds remaining in the game. All three of those plays helped the Pacers win. "Thank goodness for technology," swingman Mike Dunleavy said about the officials' ability to review plays. "It's a good rule to get things right. You want the game to end in the right way."

--The Pacers bench has contributed 136 points, 55 rebounds and 34 assists in the past three games. They had 49 points, 17 assists and nine rebounds against the Wizards. "I think that they know they're important and we have confidence in them to succeed," coach Jim O'Brien said. "Generally you're playing against the other team's bench and I think they're hungry. Earl has done a good job keeping the tempo or getting the tempo up."

QUOTE TO NOTE: "It was one for the ages. That was a great win for us, to be able to scratch it out." -- Coach Jim O'Brien said.
